Remote saves travel only when your equipment, room, internet, and uninterrupted availability satisfy PSI. A test center removes the home-technology burden and permits physical scratch paper and a physical calculator.

If you choose remote, run every compatibility check before the cancellation deadline. Do not wait until launch time to discover a webcam, microphone, browser, or network problem.

How do cancellation and rescheduling work?

Change the appointment through the PSI website or by speaking with a PSI customer-service representative. PSI must receive notice at least two days before the appointment to avoid forfeiting the fee. For a Monday appointment, the booklet gives Saturday as the deadline.

Voicemail is not accepted. Save the completed cancellation or rescheduling confirmation. Late cancellation, a missed appointment, late arrival, or unacceptable identification makes the registration invalid and forfeits the exam fee.
