What does the standard candidate need?

The standard route requires 75 approved class hours:

60 hours of Broker Pre-License Topics.
15 hours of Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles Interactive.

Obtain the course certificate after satisfactory completion. Save the original, upload a clear copy to PSI, and keep the completion date. The current booklet says the education is valid for two years after satisfactory completion.

A payment receipt, screenshot of course progress, school marketing page, or incomplete transcript is not a substitute for the required record. If PSI rejects or cannot read the upload, follow its stated correction process.

How should you create the PSI account?
