Where can I download Pass Illinois?
The iPhone and Android apps are built, but the public store listings are not live yet. We checked both listings on July 24, 2026 and will only publish a button after it opens the correct Pass Illinois page.

Is Pass Illinois free?
The app has a limited free tier with three study-guide topics, 20 flashcards, Topic Practice in one content area, and up to 20 practice questions. The complete app is an optional one-time $59.99 unlock.
There is no monthly plan or subscription.
Does the app cover both parts of the broker exam?
Yes. The question bank covers the national outline and the Illinois state outline. The app tracks the two portions separately because PSI scores them separately.
Is this for the Illinois managing broker exam?
No. Pass Illinois is built for the Illinois broker exam, which is the entry-level real estate license in Illinois. It is not a managing broker exam-prep product.
Does Pass Illinois replace the 75-hour pre-license program?
No. Pass Illinois is supplemental exam prep. It does not replace the education required for your licensing path, IDFPR requirements, or PSI scheduling.
Are the practice questions copied from the real exam?
No. The questions are original and mapped to the current national and Illinois content outlines. Pass Illinois does not copy or reproduce live PSI exam questions.
