Finding the Chicago location
Keep the South Michigan Avenue address exactly as booked. The booklet's Chicago entry supplies a street address and ZIP code, but no parking garage, lobby entrance, floor or suite. Use any building-access instructions on the confirmation before choosing a walking, transit, driving or drop-off route.

- Save any floor, suite and building-entry instructions supplied by PSI.
- If using a garage or transit service, verify its current hours, price and final walking route directly.
When should you arrive?
PSI says to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. Allow travel, parking and room-finding time before that check-in window. Arriving after the exam start can forfeit the appointment and fee.
Use the same PSI rules in every city
A host venue may administer several kinds of exams. Its general class hours, ID policy or other testing instructions do not replace the Illinois real estate program's requirements.

- Check the accepted ID and exact-name requirements.
- Arrange approved accommodations before booking.
PSI prohibits companions from waiting in the center, building or on the property. Arrange an off-site waiting place for anyone bringing you.
If Chicago is not the best appointment
Search PSI for another city or postal code and compare the dates it offers. A nearby city name does not establish that a center or seat is available. If you are considering remote testing, review the separate delivery rules before changing formats.
