Clarification: national raw 70 and legacy scaled 75
The current PSI booklet reports the national broker passing standard as 70% raw. It also explains that the raw score of 70% is equivalent to the scaled score of 75 previously reported and required to pass.
PSI says the passing standard remained identical when reporting changed. The two numbers are not separate current cutoffs. Use the Illinois passing-score guide for separate national and Illinois examples.

How are source conflicts handled?
